“Hatujui Leo Tutakaa Wapi,” Shock as Two Vihiga Ladies Appeal to Kenyan Men to Host Them After Claiming Landlord Has Evicted Them Over Rent (VIDEO)

Shock and mixed reactions have emerged online after a viral video showing two young ladies from Vihiga County appealing to Kenyan men for urgent help after allegedly being kicked out of their house due to rent arrears. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

In the emotional video, the two ladies appear distressed as they narrate how their landlord reportedly ordered them to vacate the house immediately after they failed to clear rent on time.

According to them, they were left stranded with nowhere to go and no clear plan on where to spend the night.

One of the ladies is heard saying, “Hatujui leo tutakaa wapi,” expressing deep uncertainty and panic over their current situation.

They further appeal to well-wishers, especially Kenyan men, to come to their rescue and offer them temporary accommodation as they figure out their next step.

The video has since gone viral, sparking heated reactions across social media platforms. Some Kenyans expressed sympathy, saying the cost of living and rent pressures are pushing many young people into desperate situations.

Others, however, questioned why the ladies chose to publicly ask for accommodation instead of seeking safer or more private assistance.

A section of users also debated the role of social media in amplifying personal struggles, with some warning that such appeals could expose individuals to exploitation or danger.

As the debate continues online, the identity of the landlord and further details surrounding the eviction remain unclear.

The incident highlights the growing challenges of rent affordability in urban areas, where many young people are struggling to keep up with rising living costs.

The video continues to circulate widely as Kenyans remain divided over the ladies’ public appeal.
