“Aki Tunaskia Baridi,” Shock as Three Ladies From Kibra Beg Men to Host Them for Three Days, Claim Burundian Caretaker Kicked Them Out Over Rent Arrears (VIDEO)

A viral video showing three young ladies from Kibra pleading for help after allegedly being kicked out of their rental house has sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans online. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

In the trending clip circulating on social media, the ladies are seen standing beside their belongings along the roadside while lamenting about their difficult situation.

According to them, their Burundian caretaker reportedly threw them out after they failed to clear several months of rent arrears.

One of the ladies is heard saying, “Aki tunaskia baridi, hata hatujui tutalala wapi leo,” as they appealed to well-wishers to temporarily host them for at least three days as they look for a way to solve their housing problem.

The emotional video quickly attracted attention online, with many Kenyans expressing sympathy while others questioned how the situation reached that point.

Some social media users advised young people to prioritize rent and basic needs before spending money on luxurious lifestyles.

Others, however, criticized the caretaker for allegedly throwing the ladies out together with their belongings despite the cold weather currently being experienced in Nairobi.

A section of netizens also turned the incident into jokes, with hilarious memes and reactions flooding comment sections across TikTok, Facebook, and X.

At the moment, it remains unclear how much rent the ladies owed or whether they have managed to get assistance from well-wishers after the video went viral.

The video continues to spark debate online as Kenyans share different opinions concerning landlords, tenants, and the rising cost of living in the country.
