A Kenyan lady identified as Christine (not her real name) has touched many people on TikTok after she shared a heartbreaking video claiming how a top politician allegedly lured her with an iPhone and later infected her with HIV. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

In the video, Christine explained that she was once walking around Westlands, Nairobi, looking for a job. She said she was visiting different offices and dropping her CV in hope of getting employment when a politician stopped near her in a car and asked her to get in for a short ride.

At first, she said she refused the offer because her main goal was to find a job. However, things changed when the politician allegedly showed her a brand new iPhone inside the car.

She narrated that the politician promised to give her the phone if she agreed to enter the vehicle. She said she eventually agreed, forgetting about her job search at that moment due to excitement.

Christine further claimed that the man later gave her the iPhone as promised, but she later discovered that her health had been affected. She alleged that she was infected with HIV during the encounter.

She said she is now in hospital and has become weak. Christine added that she is tired of taking ARV drugs and is struggling emotionally and physically. She also claimed that when she tried to reach the politician again, his phone was unreachable.

Kenyans online have reacted with mixed emotions, with many expressing sadness, sympathy, and urging young people to be careful with strangers and promises of quick gifts or money.
