A cloud of sorrow has engulfed the Machakos community following the sudden death of a young politician and his wife in a tragic road accident in Nairobi.
The politician, identified as Ronald, who once taught at Machakos Boys High School, and his wife were killed when the motorbike they were riding was involved in a collision along Ngong Road.
Reports indicate that the couple had left early in the morning, heading to their home in Bomoire Village, Getenga Ward, Etago Sub-County, using a route that passes through the Mai Mahiu Road area, commonly used by travellers heading to western Kenya.
