"Ama Niligongewa Na Sijui," Machakos Man Left Worried After Wife Returns from Staying at Chief's Home for One Week Following Bedbug Infestation

A man from Machakos County has left many people talking after sharing his story on social media. According to the reports, the man is currently in a worried mood after allowing his wife to stay at another man’s home for one week due to a bedbugs problem in their house.

Speaking about the incident, the man allegedly said that life had become very difficult for them because of the bedbugs. He explained that the insects were disturbing them every night, making it hard for them to sleep.

His wife, he said, became tired of the situation and even threatened to leave and go back to their rural home if nothing was done. The man further explained that he decided to look for help from the area chief. He said the chief had been single for about two years after losing his wife.

Because of the situation at home, the man requested the chief to allow his wife to stay at his house for only one week as he planned to buy insecticide and deal with the bedbugs problem.

According to the man, the agreement was clear that his wife would only stay there for one week. However, after the week ended and his wife returned home, he started feeling uneasy.

He claimed that he now suspects that something might have happened between his wife and the chief during the time she was away.

The story has since gone viral on social media, with many Kenyans sharing mixed reactions.

Some people questioned the man’s decision, wondering why he would allow his wife to stay with another man who is single.

Others, however, felt that he was only trying to solve a difficult situation and did not expect any problems to arise.
