President Ruto Attends Funeral of Late Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng’eno

President William Ruto has arrived in Emurua Dikirr to attend the funeral service of the late Johana Ng’eno, who tragically died on February 28, 2026, in a helicopter crash in Mosop along with five others.

The President was welcomed by local leaders, community members, and mourners at Emurua Dikirr Primary School, where the funeral service is being held. Security and logistical arrangements were heightened in anticipation of his arrival, reflecting the significance of the event.

Ng’eno, known for his bold leadership and dedication to his constituents, leaves behind a deep void in Emurua Dikirr. 

Residents and political leaders from across Narok County, including county officials and community representatives, have gathered to pay their last respects. Many described him as a fearless and committed public servant whose influence extended beyond his constituency.
