A Nairobi-based pastor identified as John Sinome Mashira has surprised many people after expressing interest in marrying the widow of the late MP Johana Ng'eno.
His statement has attracted a lot of attention on social media, with many Kenyans sharing different opinions about the matter.
In a statement the pastor made during a live video that is now trending on TikTok, he openly spoke about Nayianoi Ntutu Ng'eno, the late MP’s widow.
According to him, the widow is a very beautiful woman and he believes she deserves love and companionship even after the death of her husband. The pastor said that after seeing her, he felt the need to express his feelings publicly.
Pastor Mashira went on to say that there is nothing wrong or illegal about a widow getting married again after losing her husband.
He explained that life must continue and people should not judge someone who decides to start a new relationship after such a loss. The pastor also revealed that he is now in his 50s and has never found a woman he could settle down with.
Because of that, he believes this could be a good chance for him to start a serious relationship.
