'You Have Become Our Enemy’: Shock as Sifuna Warned Not to Visit Nyanza After Being Seen With Lady Who Celebrated Raila's Death

Several ODM leaders, including Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma, have criticized Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna after he was spotted with a woman who allegedly celebrated Raila Odinga’s death at his rallies. The incident has caused uproar on social media and stirred debates within political circles.

In a statement, the politicians said they had always suspected that Sifuna did not truly respect Raila Odinga, but they lacked proof—until this incident.

They claim this evidence confirms their doubts and vow to prevent Sifuna from entering Nyanza without facing consequences.

The leaders added that the residents of Nyanza do not welcome politicians they see as disloyal or pretending to be supporters. They warned that Sifuna could be rejected by locals if he attempts to visit, and people may refuse to engage with him.

They further suggested that Sifuna should focus his political activities in the Western region instead, where he might face less opposition.

The politicians also confirmed that they have completely severed their ties with him and will not support his bid to retain the Nairobi Senate seat in 2027.

This incident has intensified political tensions, with Sifuna now facing criticism from former allies and potential challenges to his influence in Nairobi politics.
