“He Was Not Giving My Mother Enough Money” – Shock as Innocent Man Jailed for 60 Years After Daughter Frames Him for Defilement and Attempted Murder; Daughter Asks for Forgiveness

Residents of Machakos County were left in shock on Monday after a 50-year-old man was reportedly jailed for 60 years.

The man was convicted on serious charges related to defilement and attempted murder involving his own daughter. The judgment brought deep pain to the family and the entire community.

However, shortly after the man was taken to prison to begin his long sentence, a shocking twist happened. His daughter, who is now 18 years old, broke down in tears and confessed that she had lied.

She said she never imagined the matter would become so serious and lead to her father being jailed for many years.

According to her confession, last month she had spent time with her boyfriend and later returned home. When she arrived, she found her father inside the bedroom changing his clothes. She then made a terrible decision that would change her family forever.

The young lady admitted that she tore her own clothes before entering her parents’ bedroom. She then started screaming for help, accusing her father of abusing her and attempting to kill her in order to hide evidence.

Neighbors quickly rushed to the home after hearing the screams. As the father tried to defend himself, saying he did not understand what was happening, his daughter insisted on being taken to hospital.

Medical examinations were done, and the case was later reported to authorities, leading to his arrest and eventual conviction.

The daughter has now confessed that she created the story because she was angry. She claimed her father was not giving her mother enough money for household expenses.

She said she regrets her actions and is heartbroken knowing that her father is now behind bars for a crime he did not commit.

The incident has raised serious concerns among residents, with many calling for a deeper review of the case and justice to be served fairly.
