Githunguri Member of Parliament, Honourable Gathoni Wamuchomba, has raised eyebrows with a surprise birthday message to former Deputy President and DCP Party leader, Honourable Rigathi Gachagua.
In her post on X, Wamuchomba prayed that God grants Gachagua wisdom to stop picking unnecessary fights with women in leadership.
Recently, Gachagua has been in the spotlight for allegedly clashing with women leaders, including Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika.
President William Ruto had previously urged Gachagua to refrain from attacking women and instead focus on political battles with men in the arena.
Wamuchomba was once a close ally of Gachagua but later reconciled with President Ruto at Statehouse. She has since been encouraging residents of Mount Kenya, especially her Githunguri constituents, to support Ruto’s re-election in the upcoming general elections.
